Major Updates for 2010 Convention Schedule

Based upon input from many people associated with LTC-SW and the fact that we will have a new resort facility for the 2010 convention, the LTC-SW board is taking this opportunity to do some major updates to the convention weekend schedule. The new schedule won't be finalized until July so be sure to come back and check this web page often.

To give you some 'teasers' into what you are going to see on the new schedule...

• The convention is going to start earlier with some optional activities happening on Thursday night! So, if you are already arriving on Thursday or if you are able to make arrangements to arrive a day earlier then we will have some activities you may want to be a part of. Stay tuned!
• The entire process for handling meals during the convention will be changing. Hopefully we have come up with the ideal combination of affordability and fun!
• And speaking of food, we will have a 'banquet' type meal where we can all sit together and eat at the same time. (Note: This will have a slight impact to the registration fee but should not increase the overall cost for registration & food per participant.)
